What matches: The same two-layer blue spray you shake to mix: water under an oil phase with isononyl isononanoate and octyldodecanol in both, PVP for hold, aloe, an agave extract, niacinamide, panthenol and sodium hyaluronate, and neither has alcohol.

What it does worse: Milk's oils are hydrogenated ethylhexyl olivate, caprylyl methicone and hemp seed, with polyester-5 and a long botanical list, where MCoBeauty uses isododecane and ethylhexyl palmitate and adds fragrance.
