Built the way Shape Tape is: water, cyclopentasiloxane and cyclohexasiloxane open both lists, with trimethylsiloxysilicate for wear, butylene glycol, methacrylate spheres for blur, sodium chloride, disteardimonium hectorite and the same dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer.
What it does worse: Tarte adds shea butter, licorice and edelweiss extracts and lists fragrance allergens, and wears to a matte finish; MCoBeauty adds glycerin, vitamin E, hyaluronic acid and aloe and finishes more luminous, so it's the one for under the eyes rather than for full matte cover.
