What it is: Cuticle care, 3 ml. A nourishing, moisturizing oil for cuticles in a convenient pen-like applicator.
What Else You Need to Know:
- Fortifies nails while softening cuticles. Pen includes three replacement tips and beveled cap to gently push back and shape cuticles.
- Apply to clean nails. Gently trace the curve of each cuticle with felt tip. The cap can be used to shape cuticles.
