What matches: Built on the same pressed powder: talc leads both lists, with silica, magnesium stearate and ethylhexyl palmitate close behind and dimethicone, methylparaben and propylparaben further down, and the shades line up, a pale matte, a banana yellow and a shimmer beige to highlight over three matte browns to contour.

What it does worse: Anastasia adds boron nitride and nylon-12 for slip and coats its pigments with triethoxycaprylylsilane, where Revolution binds its powders with mineral oil and polybutene. Revolution adds two baked shimmer highlighters and puts 1.25 g in each pan, against Anastasia's 3.12 g.
