Is ACTIIV on Amazon real or fake?
Yes: ACTIIV sells it through its own store. ACTIIV sells on Amazon itself, as “ACTIIV”, and that store holds the offer on all 9 ACTIIV products we track.
Who sells each ACTIIV product on Amazon
All 9 sold by ACTIIV, the brand's store.
Fake ACTIIV vs real: what to check
- On Amazon the real thing comes from ACTIIV's own store (“ACTIIV”). The seller is the line under Add to Cart, not the name on the listing.
- From ACTIIV's own store (“ACTIIV”), the 9 ACTIIV products we track cost $32 to $105 today, none of them marked down. The FTC warns that ads with big discounts on brand names can lead to a cheap fake or nothing at all: its alert.
How to check who sells ACTIIV on Amazon
- Browsing from outside the US, set a US delivery address first; any ZIP will do, 10001 works. Without one Amazon fills the buy box with import and reseller offers. That is how Charlotte Tilbury, Dyson and Clinique once looked unstocked to us, when Amazon.com sold all three.
- Read the two lines beside Add to Cart, “Ships from” and “Sold by”. For ACTIIV you want ACTIIV's own store (“ACTIIV”).
- If another name is there, open “Other sellers on Amazon”. Amazon.com or the brand sometimes sells the same listing one row down, at the same price or close to it.
