What matches: The same kind of powder: a water-activated rice exfoliant built on sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium cocoyl isethionate, with papain, allantoin, maltodextrin and rice powder and extract on both labels.
What it does worse: Dermalogica adds salicylic acid, colloidal oatmeal and licorice and polishes with microcrystalline cellulose, while TONYMOLY swaps the acid for a second enzyme, protease, on a corn starch base.
